Well, I’m a day late with my meal plan this week. Oops! Maybe it will help with someones meal planning for next week.
I picked up The Ancestral Table cookbook from the library, so I thought I’d use it a lot this week and see how everything is. I made shepherds pie from it last week and it was phenomenal.
Sunday: Alton Brown’s 40 Clove Chicken, Peas, Salad
Monday: Honey Lime Tilapia– I modified the recipe and used a combo of tapioca flour and coconut flour for breading, Broccoli
Tuesday: JapChae (The Ancestral Table cookbook) with lots of veggies in it
Wednesday: Beef Stew (Ancestral Table cookbook), Salad
Thursday: Mandarin Chicken (Paleo Indulgences cookbook), Green Beans, Beets
Friday: Swedish Meatballs (Ancestral Table Cookbook), Mashed sweet potatoes, Broccoli
Saturday: Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs and Legs, Peas, Salad, Skillet sweet potatoes
