I’m pretty excited for this weeks dinner plan. I’m trying a bunch of recipes that I haven’t made before and that’s always fun.
Monday: Balsamic Glazed Drumsticks, Roasted Broccoli, and Skillet Sweet Potatoes
Tuesday: *Taco Tuesday*Asada Tacos- I eat mine in a lettuce leaf rather than a tortilla, but the rest of the family uses tortillas
Wednesday: Simple Herb Crusted Salmon on arugula, roasted brussels sprouts
Thursday: Chicken Nuggets, Sweet Potato Fries, Green Beans (not strict paleo)
Friday: Pan Seared Rib Eye, Broccoli, Butternut Squash
Saturday: Spiced Honey Glazed Thighs (I make some of them less spicy for the littles), Caulirice, Naked Salad
I’m also planning on making some of this yummy looking Mango Coconut Chia Pudding from Jelly Bean Journals.
